Which pairs are included and what kind of data do you provide?

We have more than 180 pairs in our API and WebSocket including some metals like gold, silver, palladium, platinum, and brent oil. All included currency pairs and symbols can be found here. Other than these fully supported pairs, we have more than 10,000 cryptocurrencies available for real-time data.

What if your included pairs have usd/sek and usd/pkr but not sek/pkr or pkr/sek for example?

Besides the list of included pairs, you can also get the latest price of every currency pair cross-calculated. For example, if we have USD/NOK and USD/SEK listed, then you can also get SEK/NOK or NOK/SEK's latest price information but not all details like ask/bid, low/high etc.

What if I exceed my request limit?

We don't automatically charge you; your API stops working. You can upgrade to an upper plan whenever you want.

What is API request meaning in pricing page?

API request is the number of requests you are allowed to make according to your plan to our REST API or WebSocket. We only count 1 request for each 5 currency pairs requested with a single request, so if you request to get 18 pairs, only 4 API requests will be recorded.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel anytime. At the end of your billing period, your subscription will be deactivated.

How can I get my Invoice?

Invoices are automatically sent to your e-mail address after a successful payment.
